ACTIVE IMAGINATION ZONE
Our Active Imagination Zone is a popular area that inspires young artists by featuring hands-on art activities. Our non-profit partners create the art activity and then roll up their sleeves and help our little artists make masterpieces they can take home.

Fresh Arts Mission:
Fresh Arts nurtures a local ecosystem designed to position artists and creative entrepreneurs for success. Our programs help advance the careers of local artists and creative entrepreneurs by complimenting their artistic practices through carefully cultivated communities that facilitate shared resources, knowledge, experiences and audiences.

Fold-A-Fish
One of the best things about art is how it can surprise you. At the ARTreach tent in the Active Imagination Zone, come and create animal art with a surprise!
Is it a nice fish or a scary monster? Is it both? Fold the paper just right to create a fun surprise! Use your imagination to design and decorate the fish and add extras like ocean plants, bubbles, scuba divers, and other sea creatures.
Get even more creative and think of other animals you could draw on a folded paper and what surprises will appear when you open up your final creation!

Mission:
ARTreach uses the arts to change lives.Through the power of connection, we deliver quality art programs to the most vulnerable populations in our communities: children and families at risk, special needs groups, and senior citizens. In partnership with professional artists and volunteers, we aspire to create positive impact on the community

Clip n’ Paste Food Waste Collages
Join us for a grocery catalog conquest, where children will rummage through grocery ads to cut out and paste food images to solve puzzle pages or craft fun food collages. The food sorting puzzles take a meaningful twist, encouraging kids to categorize and sort different food items based on strategies for preventing food waste. From smart storage to creative cooking ideas, this activity fosters an understanding of how small actions can help reduce food waste.
