In order for everyone to have a fun and worry-free day, please refrain from bringing these prohibited items into the festival.

• Pets - dogs, amphibians, reptiles, snakes, birds, etc. We love them but Houston City Ordinance does not allow pets of any kind. (Service animals are allowed)

• Food

• Alcohol and other beverages. (Water bottles are allowed)

• Coolers

• Skateboards, hoverboards, bikes, scooters, and rollerblades 

• Laser pointers

• Fireworks

• Pocket knives

• Drones or any flying toys

• Guns, firearms, weapons of any kind.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the festival site.

• Please be respectful of the individual artists and their artworks, and ask before filming or photographing them or their works.

• Everything and everyone is subject to a security search upon entry.

• Bayou City Art Festival reserves the right to video and photograph patrons at the festival and use for promotional purposes
